| What is the Volunteer Scheduling System: |
|
- It's a simple website, custom created for each PTA event.
- The website has the appearance of a Microsoft Excel worksheet, but allows volunteers to select their own volunteer timeslot in real-time.
- Each volunteer's information is saved and can be reviewed in a list format by the Event Coordinator.

| How it works: |
|
- Chooses a template from an Excel Workbook, an existing event or create your own.
- Within the template, specify the dates and times that volunteers are needed.
- Submit the request to Dale Malencia at Dale@ViaDale.com
- Note: The completed site address will be returned for review. Also, an alternate link will be provided that will list the timeslots with each volunteer and their information.
- Send a Blast email containing the link to the new website.
- Each volunteer simply selects an empty timeslot and enters their information into the popup.
- The alternative link can be used to create mass-emails or to contact individuals.
